Through video calls, you can now meet your Care Manager face-to-face online.

Your Care Manager will listen to your needs and get to know you better to ensure we can cover all of the services you need to live independently in your own home. We personalise our care to your situation, and our video calls are just another tool that help us do this.

Complete guidance.

Through video calls with your Care Manager, they are able to share their screen with you. This helps you navigate different documents and learn about the tools accessible to you on your home care journey.

Here's How It Works.

STEP 1:
Book at time.

You need to book an appointment with your Care Manager via an email or a call.

STEP 2:
Receive a link.

Once you are booked with your Care Manager, you will receive a link via email.

STEP 3:
Join the meeting.

At your appointment time, simply click on the link and you will be taken to a webpage. Type in your full name and click on “Join Meeting”.
